Why you need mobility?
Proper movement quality and patterning has become a necessity for high-level ballplayers as we continue to see the overall talent pool increase. For players who want to improve their athletic ability and strive towards their peak level of talent and stay on the field, injury free, they must start by looking at their ability to “move.” Throwing and hitting are movements that are the results of our body’s attempt to optimize a pattern to the best of its ability. If you want to clean up how you throw or how you hit, or emulate your favorite big leaguer, begin by focusing on how you move!
How we customize it for you:
The program is tailored to fit your personal needs. Before writing you a program, Jonathan will ask you a series of questions to better understand your goals, injury history, and other necessary information that will impact how you are programmed. He will request video of you throwing and lifting to analyze. After doing so, you will receive a customized program tailored to your needs.
What you will receive:
You will receive a one, two, or three months of programming that you and Jonathan will discuss to optimize your movement qualities. The program will come with a detailed description of each exercise, demonstration videos , and a list of cue’s to help you perform. Programming will allow athletes to progress and the relative difficulty of movements assigned will be based upon the individual’s current physical state. You will gain access to contact Jonathan at any time, so Jonathan can remotely coach you through the program and assist you whenever it is needed. Sending Jonathan video to ensure proper form is encouraged to get the most out of your program.
